Job description:
Social media is an essential component in how we engage with our audiences and customers. We see it as a way to bring real fans into the creative process, communicate how and why we make our designs and speak out as thought leaders representing ALL football fans in society. Our growing team is looking for an experienced creative to lead on social media communications across multiple channels. Working with the Head of Brand and Marketing Manager you will be in charge of the delivery of content and continuous connection to our community. You will have the chance to work with some exciting brands, personalities and collaborators in the world of fashion, sports and media. You will also be responsible for the delivery of campaign assets on social media including AOF advertising campaigns as well as external brand partnerships.
Responsibilities:

You will concept and deliver assets for social media campaigns and comms

You will coordinate and deliver the storytelling of the [AOF] brand and creative concept

Working alongside other members of the marketing team and creatives you will define the workflow, communications and creative output required for a social campaign

You document [AOF] events and customer experiences

You will be a mouthpiece for the [AOF] voice online including social media interactions

You will work in coordination with all teams to ensure the delivery of our community plan

You will take the lead on high-value collaborations and account manage the process with all stakeholders

You will manage a marketing budget across paid media and external agencies
-
You will manage the delivery of our email marketing campaigns

You will work towards quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators related to the company's strategic goals.
Skills:

Excellent project management skills

Multi-channel marketing experience across social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Twitter as a minimum

Knowledge of social media trends, content, developments and opportunities

Excellent attention to detail and copywriting skills

Interpersonal and team working skills

A combination of analytical and creative thinking

A deep understanding of and passion for football and the sports market
